Fees Schedule and Mode of Payment
School fee can be paid in the following ways.
Through fee by cash or cheque /by direct school account/by debit /credit card/by Paytm & phone pay.
A fine of Rs.25/- per day will be levied for late payment. Please avoid paying a fine
All parents are requested to strictly follow the Fee payment schedules. Fee/Transport fee once remitted is not

Guidelines for the parents seeking admissions for their wards;
Admission forms for Jingle Bell – Kindergarten (Nursery, LKG and UKG) and Jingle Bell- Primary (Grade I to V) are
available at the school office. Forms can be filled on any working day from Monday to Saturday between 9.30 am
to 1.30 pm
Parents are advised and requested to submit the duly filled admission forms with photo copies of listed
documents to the school office within seven days.
Jingle Bell admission committee will invite registered students and their parents for an interactive seminar
with Principal.Steps for Confirmation of Admission.
Jingle Bell management prescribed norms are followed for scrutinizing the submitted documents by the Admission
In charge.
An interaction of parents with the Principal/CEO.
Admission to the child is confirmed after successful completion of the above mentioned stages.
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
In case due fees and other charges are not paid as per schedule, the admission will stand as cancelled and the
school will have the ‘right’ to allot the seat to next child.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission (Year 2026-27)
- PLAY GROUP :- Age 2+ (as on 31.12.2025)
- PRE-NURSERY :- Age 2½+ (as on 31.12.2019)
- NURSERY :- Age 3+ (as on 31.03.2026)
- LKG :- Age 3 ½+ (as on 31.03.2026)
- UKG :- Age 4+ (as on 31.03.2026)
- 1st – 5th :- Age 5 -10 (as on 31.03.2026)
UNIFORM
The uniform should be clean and well ironed daily Shoes and socks should be clean Personal hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained Hair must be cut short in case of boys and neatly tied in two plaits/ put in place with a hairband in case of girls Any kind of coloring of hair is not permitted Nails should be cut short weekly. No nail paint allowed Girls must wear simple earrings. No fancy jewelry allowed Students are allowed to wear watches only after class 4 Improper turnout will invite disciplinary action
Documentations Required
The Registration forms can be collected from the school office.

- Four passport sized photographs of child and Two photographs of parents.

Admission Criteria
Admission into Jingle Bell School is taken at the Play Group level and Registration starts in the hole years. Admission carries on till the classes are not filled. There is no written admission test for Play group and Nursery but will be can oral test & basic writing skills for LKG/UKG & 1st to Vth classes. Every child will be assessed by the school to understand.

- Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
- Involvement of the Parents required.
Based on the assessment and others criteria, school reserves the right to admit any students for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admission the decision of the Principal/Management will be final.

GENERAL BEHAVIOR
- Students are expected to maintain a high standard in their behavior and manner of speech
- Students’ actions and language should be courteous at all times
- Students must converse with each other in English in the school premises
- Students should greet peers, teachers and visitors whenever they meet them
- Attentiveness in class and regularity in home assignments is mandatory
- Each student should take pride in keeping the school campus clean
- Fighting, bullying, denying use of facilities to others, damaging school property and causing injury to others will invite strict disciplinary action
- Students are responsible to the school authority not only for their conduct in school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any objectionable conduct reported or observed is liable to disciplinary action
- All unresolved disagreements amongst peers must be brought to the class teacher’s notice
SCHOOL TIMING

- Monday to Saturday 8.00 am – 1.00 pm for 1st -Vth
- Monday to Saturday 8.30 am – 12.30 pm for LKG/UKG
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm for PG/Pre-Nur/Nursery
- Time schedules for PTMs and school functions will be informed through school circulars and the school website bulletin board
- Students who do not use the school transport are expected to reach 10 minutes before the first bell
- They should also be picked up within 15 minutes after the last bell
- Madangir Branch :-Last Saturday off for All students and Second Saturday will be PTM every month
- Devli Branch :-Second Saturday off for All students and Last Saturday will be PTM every month
